E-Filing Payment Policy for the Offices of the Juvenile Court Clerk
Registered Users shall pay statutory filing and service fees electronically for any e-filed documents submitted to the Court through eFlex. Filing fees are due and payable at the time of filing unless the party is approved to proceed in indigent status by the Court.
Online Payments (Credit / Debit / Electronic Check)
Online Payments/Wallet Items set up in eFlex are processed by a third party vendor, LexisNexis Payment Solutions, managed by LexisNexis VitalChek Network Inc. Payments submitted through eFlex are a soft validation until filings are approved by the clerk. The final charge amount may be less than originally submitted if corrections are required to process filing. Any financial information stored and entered through eFlex is not stored in any systems maintained by the offices of the Juvenile Court Clerk.
