**Electronic Notifications for Self-Represented Litigants**

If you are **representing yourself** in a case and wish to receive **electronic notifications** through the **E-Filing System**, please follow these steps:

1. **Register as a Pro Se Litigant**
You must create an account and select the option indicating you are filing **Pro Se** (without an attorney).

2. **File a Notice of Case Association**
After registration, you are required to file a **Notice of Case Association** to link yourself to the case.
